Riverside Volvo Wakefield were great because from the minute I rang to have a look at the car Craig Brigg dealt with us and made both myself and my daughter feel special.
I have been a customer of Riverside & before them Harratts since Spring 2008. Having been unable to change to a new Rover 75 and having had Austin/Rover driver since 1980, I moved to Volvo - my first being an S30. In the summer of 2009, I believe I bought my first XC60 and since then have renewed every2/3 years. As James Sharp was already known to me, having dealt with him on previous sales he knew I was familiar with the XC60 and apart from acquainting me with some updates knew that I did not need a test drive. An excellent salesperson who really does go the "extra mile" for the customer. I hope he is still with Riverside when I look to change my car in the future.
